What I collect

When you join the waitlist, I collect:

• Your email address
• Any other information you voluntarily provide

How I use it

• To notify you when Leviathan launches
• To send you the 2025 Water Investor Drill (as promised)
• To occasionally share relevant updates about the water tech sector

That's it. No selling your data. No shady third-party marketing. No spam.

Email service

I use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage the waitlist and send emails. Your email is stored on their servers. You can read their privacy policy here.

Your rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe at any time (there's a link in every email)
• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data

Cookies

This landing page doesn't use cookies for tracking. Kit may use minimal cookies to make the form work properly.
